I received an email saying my mobile bill was ready! When I go to access it though, I get the following page presented and cannot even view the bill, even though I am logged on to my mobile account! Can you help?

I think that this is a problem Virgin are having at the moment : www.virginmobile.com is poorly

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. So sorry about you being unable to view or download your mobile bill.
As AlexKid mentioned, we've had one or two issues with our site recently. I've just checked my personal account and I'm now able to view my bills fine. I'm hoping everything is okay your end now.
