I'm having problems viewing my credit agreement, the link in my account takes me to a blank page (because "Safari cannot verify the link"?) and the document does not seem to have been sent to my email correctly (see below - says see attached but I cannot see any attachment).

Yes of course this should work through all major browsers however I ask to quickly identify whether it is a browser issue or maybe a an issue in the way the email was sent. Just for testing purposes only, are you able to try another browser? If not, can you please delete all cache/cookies and temp files to try and see if that helps?
