VM wifi app: your sim is not accepted

Hi,

I'm having trouble trying to auto-connect to the VM wifi app. It keeps saying :

' Your sim is not accepted. Please check your account '

I know this is quite a common problem but I have yet to find a solution for this. Does anyone have some advice?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with connecting to the Virgin Media WiFi app. We usually see this error with new customers that have just ported over their number to Virgin Mobile. Is this working for you now?
