Has anybody the method of enabling the ability to use their phone when abroad. Before I left for Australia I checked my account and it is set up to allow. I am now abroad and don't get a signal and I still have the sliders set correctly - I think. And I now don't know how I can contact Virginia to ask them what is wrong?
I am unable to call the number you have provided as roaming is enabled. I've also been unable to use any wi-fi since before you replied - which was partly the reason I was trying to ensure I had a phone signal.
