On holiday in France but unable to make any outgoing calls or texts. Rang Virgin before departing to confirm roaming switched on and phone would work as normal while here, and to purchase data roaming package. Was told everything OK, but might have to turn phone off /on, remove/ replace sim card on arrival - all done no joy. Am using MotoG - checked every setting I can find, all seems good. Desperately need to call home in UK - anyone from Virgin listening who can help?
