Upgraded my Mobile still no network for last 2 days
Upgraded my phone this week sim faulty no phone for the last 2 days I live alone and have tried in vain to contact Virgin no response as I have no phone I have tried to contact them by email. Can anyone help please.
Thank you for your reply Virgin delivered another sim today still no network it must be a fault with the phone.I am working tomorrow so I will go into Virgin store in Glasgow. I work in customer service this week has been a nightmare.
