Just upgraded my mobile contract and when i log in to my account or use the mobile app it is still showing the old tariff allowances. It has only been 2 days since i upgraded but how long does it take for the new tariff allowances to show? I upgraded my partners account at the same time and her account is still showing her old allowances too. Any ideas why?

It can take a few days for this to change on your online account. I would advise if it isn't showing by your next refresh date to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789. We may need to raise this further on out side if it hasn't worked by then.
