Upgraded SIM from 3G to 4G and now its not working / Also reoccuring "no service" problems
I recently upgraded my Virgin SIM from 3G to 4G, I followed all the appropriate instructions to set it up, and was told it would show 4G at my next refresh date, however this has not happened, so I'm paying for 4G and more data but not actually getting it!!
I'm so frustrated with Virgin Mobile, as I also have problems with not having signal on a frequent basis, I am currently experiencing this, and very fed up of the times I ring them up to say there is no service on my mobile phone for them to tell me it will be fixed in a few days!! #rollingeyes I need a mobile network that actually works please!
I am seeking any assistance from the network itself, as the Chat Online aspect does not work and waiting on the phone drives me nuts!
