Upgrade

I was contacted last night by the upgrade team that told me I was eligible for an upgrade,and got the usual valuable customer routine.I never user data on the phone so don't need.I said I would like the lgg3 on the 25 pound a month but was told I could only only have it at 31 pound the same as I am paying now.I have three mobile accounts and last year was able to have a smaller sim package so cant understand this.I have been with the company since ntl started off and never missed a single payment.It just doesn't make sense to refuse me this time.
