Upgrade

Tried to upgrade to the LG G4, but was told i was not allowed as i was only level 3?

I currently have the VIP+ package and been with VM for too may years to remember, i was told that i would get a call on Tuesday this week to see if i have been successful in the upgrade to level 2 and granted new mobile...

It did not happen...

 

So frustrating and now looking at "other" options...

Sounds as though your case was referred to our consumer underwriters team whose decision on this I'm afraid is final.

The thing is...is that i do not know what the answer is...im still awaiting a reply...

I was told i would be called on Tuesday, but they did not...

I also was told I couldn't upgrade and like you I have been a virgin customer for 5 years. Having  TV /phone & broadband and mobile. the customer service beggars belief at times .I am looking to swap to another network

I eventually called back and got my order placed, being delivered today allegedly... Yodel tracking number is invalid though, I feel taking a day off work will be a waste of time today...
