Upgrade problems

I am due an upgrade and paid off my remaining balance but I am unable to get an upgrade due to credit check. I've been with virgin for years and only had one default. Will I still be charged for the phone plus my tariff each month?

Depends what you are on. The old style tariffs continue exactly the same unless you cancel or allowed to change to SIM only

The newer 'Freestyle' tariffs payment for the phone is separate to your air time contract. In that case you only pay for the latter.
