Upgrade of tariff

Why when I try to upgrade to a higher tariff wont it let me Oops something went wrong, and only allows me to go to an even more expensive tariff. I did call an Operative but he couldnt assist me, when he tried to put me through to someone else he cut me off?

sorry to hear that your having problems online. Virgin know about this issue online .

I would recommend calling the team on 0800 183 1150. This team would be able to assist u in changing the tariff Smiley Happy

Thanks for that number I got straight through and changed tariff immeadiately.
