Upgrade..more details to pass on.

I upgraded my contract yesterday after an advisor rang me to ask if I wanted to upgrade early so I did. Told the new mobile would arrive today which it didn't but I have not received the 3 emails for esignature I rang them and was told emails weren't going as there's a problem to wait 2 hours and check again.
What I want to say is I've ordered the Samsung Galaxy S7 but it's the Edge in Gold model I would like and forgot to say so.
Could you pass this onto which ever dept deals with this please. I can never get onto Virgin Media site even though I put in all the correct details it's still useless.
