Upgrade due

Hi. I have been a Virgin Mobile customer for at least 16 years. My current 24 month contract is coming to an end I'm due an upgrade however when I called to do so I was informed my credit check had failed. I'm still in a contract with VM so I'm really confused and disappointed that I'm being told it won't be renewed. Is there anything I can do?

You are not alone. Perfectly good customers are failing Virgin's credit checks

You can write to 

Consumer Underwriting Services
Virgin Media
Eagle Court,
Coventry Road,
Birmingham
B26 3RZ

But it may take time for a reply and there is no guarantee of success

Some on here have gone to the likes of O2 and been accepted within minutes
