Why can I not keep the tariff I already have, when I am upgrading my phone? I have the VIP tariff, and would like to keep this. But that isnt the option I am given while upgrading my mobile
all new pay monthly phones from Virgin are sold on their "Freestyle" contracts.
In order to upgrade to one of these phones on a pay monthly basis it is also necessary to move to a Freestyle tariff
I'm afraid that there is no way around this other than paying for a new handset outright either from Virgin or another retailer.
