I've been a VM customer for a while, and just signed up for a pay monthly sim--I'm just not sure where my SIM card is.
The e-mail I received said it'd be here today (19th), but it hasn't arrived and the Yodel tracking link didn't work--it might be better if the email showed the tracking ID rather than just a link.
I checked on my account and under the order is says both that it has been delivered and to expect it tomorrow (20th). Any help with this mystery? I'm without a phone until it's here.

SIM cards are often sent out in the post via Royal Mail.
For some reason delivery emails often include a link to Yodel regardless... Just see past posts on this forum
I would sit tight until tomorrow and hopefully it'll arrive with the post.
If not, give customer services a call tomorrow afternoon.
