Hi i am hoping someone can help me. i had an issue with a service on my phone exactly a month ago today. since then i have spoken to dozens of advisers and several managers who have all given me conflicting info. promises of call backs that never happen. i am so frustrated right now and want to know if i am withing my rights to cancel my contract as the issue is still not resolved and i am paying money for this.....help!
Complete an official complaint - request cancellation. This worked for me with Virgin Media after countless calls to virgin on the phone & conflicting information. The address I used was: Complaints Virgin Media PO Box 333 Matrix Court Swansea SA7 9ZJ
