I'm the owner-moderator of an international group but also a virgin mobile user. Emails from our group to a virginmedia.blackberry.com address are not being bounced, but about a week later I receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading Delivery Status Notification(Failure)
Subject: Message undelivered messages
Sent Date: Mon May 02 08:58:24 2016 +0000 has not been delivered to the recipient's BlackBerry Handheld.
The message was sent to me Tuesday 10 May 2016 10:01
Anything I can do to correct it and stop incessant messages like this from coming into my own inbox?
Just one person, and I've had three notifications today alone. If you could contact me offlist I'd be happy to give you details of the email address that is apparently rejecting the messages although we know that they are actually not bouncing.
I spoke to the virgin helpdesk yesterday, but didn't really get anywhere.
