Re: Unable to send and receive picture mms

Hi barney121,

since you've already contacted customer services I don't know what else to suggest regards to MMS.

Here is a link to Virgin's help page on the subject: Picture Messaging

For future sending of pictures and video between friends and family you might want to consider using WhatsApp.

It's simple and free (if you have a WIFI connection).

Re: Unable to send and receive picture mms

Hi barney121,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. So sorry to hear you've no longer been able to send and receive MMS messages from 23/03.

I see you've called in and had the APN settings checked multiple times but this hasn't worked. I see you've also got a replacement SIM card on the way to see if this resolves the issue.

I'd be very keen to hear the outcome so please keep me posted.

Thanks

Re: Unable to send and receive picture mms

THANK YOU ALEXKID AND ROB B FOR YOUR REPLYS.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES AGAIN TODAY AND SPOKE TO AN ENGINEER, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SUGGESTED THAT A NEW SIM SHOULD RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I HAVE A SUCCESFUL CONCLUSION .
