Can't seem to register for an online account, keep getting asked for the reCaptcha verification endlessly. Been trying for a few days. Also unable to get a web chat started to resolve - message is 'all of our agents are busy' - but this has been the same for a few days now.

I had tried speaking to your advisors before I tried to webchat and then eventually posted this forum messages. 30 minutes on the phone and got absolutely nowhere. I'm sure Mr Branson would be shocked at the customer service of his company.
Will pop into a shop when I'm next in town and get the 'online' account set up there!
