Unable to receive calls, texts or use internet since porting

Hi, I ported my number over from Asda 2 days ago. Initially I could use the internet and had a 4g signal, but this has now gone. I can make calls but cannot receive texts or calls. My husband ported his number at the same time and has the same issue. From reading online, others have had the same problem. How can we get this sorted?

Virgin seem to have problems porting over numbers from other networks, a fault that occurs from time to time.

Usually it sorts itself out, but it is an inconvenience to say the least.

You can call 789 and ask to be put through to the porting team.
