I am having the same issue which is rather frustrating considering this has been going on for two days. I called VM only to be told they were upgrading their server and it didn't go according to plan. Neither could I be given a time scale when this will be resolved. Needless to say am feeling a little frustrated considering that a provider as large as VM /EE is unable to resolve their server issues.
Might be an idea to post a notice on the website to advise the current status rather than trying to hunt for a resolution or answer
For now resetting etc. wont make any difference until they fix their server which could be within the next hour...next week...next month but figure by that point there really wouldn't be many Virgin/EE punters left ;-)
