Unable to receive calls or text - mobile

Anyone else having problems today.  If anyone calls me it goes straight to voicemail and unable to receive text.  Is there a problem?

I have same problem. Phoned them twice and twice been told different solutions. The second solution worked for all of 40 mins. Am raging

This worked for somebody else

Go into network search then choose another network other than Virgin

When it fails to connect then choose Virgin

Let us know if it works    ..

No it didn’t work. Lots of people seem to be having the same problem today when you google virgin mobile problems. Assume it’s a problem with the network?

Posted this earlier in a different thread:

I am having the same issue which is rather frustrating considering this has been going on for two days. I called VM only to be told they were upgrading their server and it didn't go according to plan. Neither could I be given a time scale when this will be resolved. Needless to say am feeling a little frustrated considering that a provider as large as VM /EE is unable to resolve their server issues.

Might be an idea to post a notice on the website to advise the current status rather than trying to hunt for a resolution or answer

For now resetting etc. wont make any difference until they fix their server which could be within the next hour...next week...next month but figure by that point there really wouldn't be many Virgin/EE punters left ;-)

I was told faulty sim & they are sending me a new one
