i am unable to login to my online accout after the last site update.
it is saying my email address is not correct. If I use the online username retreaval system it gives my the same email address.
my email address has '-' in it, I have spoken to customer services on the phone to no avail, this this my last port of call before dropping a email to the company CEO as this normally gets results.
