I am unable to log into my Virgin Mobile account at all.
Same here, I've been trying on and off all afternoon. It either times out or takes me to an error page. It signed me in once, but I have two numbers on the account and it timed out trying to access the one I wanted.

Have you registered for an account and what's happening when you try to log in?
Could you try on a different browser and let me know how you get on?
