Unable to log into mobile account

Hi

I have virgin mobile pay monthly sim with you and was told after a few months i could apply for a phone also, however i keep getting this error message

I have been able to log into my account all weekend until about an hour ago. However the main reason I'm posting is to make you aware that it's not a guarantee that you will be able to upgrade to a full contract. Some are able to other not. How or why I don't know.
