Trying to connect my iPhone 5 to data roaming. All connections within my phone are on and my account is ticked correctly for roaming and call barring. Have reset network settings and rebooted several times. Can't seem to contact Virgin in any way from France in case they need to switch something at their end. Any ideas to resolve my problem, or contact Virgin from here would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Good morning, I'am in France and will be in Europe for the next 3 weeks and mobile data in roaming isn't working. All the seetings have been checked and are ok, switched off and on twice but still not working. By the way, I have an iPhone 6S. Any advice from the Team more than welcome.
