Tried to upgrade to new phone Friday, got to delivery page but when proceeded hit a page which told me Sorry, couldn't complete order right now. I rang and spoke to advisor on 789, as wasn't sure if this was due failed check or not. Was informed that if I got to delivery page, the credit check should have been successful. I was however informed there was a technical glitch which was due to be resolved that evening. I just tried again, same delivery page, same unable to complete order. Now if this is because of failed credit check, surely it should say so? Of course, don't want to order again as this would mean a third credit check??????
