Unable to change the number of rings before voicemail...

Hi, I've tried following the guide here, but this is what I get (please see screenshot below) when I 'dial' *#67#, & cannot proceed further.

Assuming this "add the number you noted down" is a standard number (common to many), can someone please give it to me, so I can try entering it with the **61*... code, to see if it may work for me? Thanks Smiley Happy

I think customer service can extend the time for you. May be worth ringing 789

Re: Unable to change the number of rings before voicemail...

Thanks guys, finally got this sorted Smiley Happy

My voicemail wasn't set up properly to begin with, so needed a few resets (last needed doing by the Technical team) to get it working as it should.

Then, once resolved, entering the codes to change the number of rings worked without issue.

On inputting the initial *#67# code, I got a number with the following sequence : +44004[my mobile number w/o the initial zero]

Hi GAT7,

the number is unique to you (I've just tried it on my own phone & it's my number with a few extra digits in front)

*#61# (then press call) also shows your voicemail number.

Thanks AlexKid, using *#61# gives me the same result - as in my earlier screenshot Smiley Frustrated
