Unable to access Upgrade your Phone page - from my Virgin Media Account

I've been trying to Upgrade my phone using my Pay as you go Rewards for a few days now...but am unable to access the webpage.

 

It loads as a blank page with no phones to choose...

 

I have tried with Internet AND Chrome, and have turned off ad-blockers etc in case that helps.

 

No joy!

 

Keen to upgrade my ancient Blackbury Curve to a nice new Smartphone before I go on holiday!

Sorry to hear your experiencing issues upgrading.

 

We have experienced some issues with this part of the website recently which is being investigated.
