Does anyone know how to contact a customer service member in the uk? This may seem rude but have spoken to many people from virgin who have not helped? My problem should be simple fix. My bill shows a number I text as premium rate by changing it on my bill to +4477 etc I text same number again and it's a 077 number on my bill??????
Cant make out why it should be charged as 077 and +4477 are one and the same thing. All my important contacts start +44 as I use the phone abroad and it is the international number for the UK Probably a program glitch on the billing system.
I have personally seen this issue before with iphones and the +44 issue but I would recommend speaking to tech support about this to see if there is anything they can do to help look through the handset

I have had the iPhone since I can remember and it is only in Jan bill it as done it. As for tech support pls may I have the number of the U.K. Tech support or at least the best time to call? (Many thanks for your advise)
