Trying to register a new account - will not recognise my address

Hi

i'm trying to register a new account so I can top up my mobile whilst in France. It asks you to enter your post code and then click on find address, nothing happens, if I complete the rest of the form and submit it then just takes you back to the address part. I have tried several different working post codes but it won't search for any address. I have tried it on the PC and my iPad.

Many thanks for your help, hopefully I'm just doing something daft

I don't think so but there is a small possibility it may have been used a few years ago

Hi,

I have the same issue. I tried several times to register to an mobile account. It never worked.

It cannot find my address, any addresses actually. I tried with different browsers, still the same problem.

Can you help me?

Is there an answer to this????? My 83 year old father is a 1000 miles away in France in hospital and all I want to do is put some credit on his phone so I can talk to him. Why cannot I just ring someone up to sort this out!!

Hi Charlieb123,

are you in France or the UK?

Just thinking, if you are in the UK and know the account password. You could call customer services on 789 (0345 6000 789 from any phone).

Either register a credit/debit card on the account to top up or buy a voucher from a shop and ask them to apply it for you.
