I too am unable to make/receive calls since this morning. How will I know when the problem is rectified (ie, will I receive a notification/email/text) and will I receive a credit for the loss of service?
yep, customer service was "unaware" of any issues but they had already had a number of calls with the same issue. Apparently, it could be a "coincidence". lol This was an hour ago. @Virgin Media, the basic function for a mobile phone is to make and receive calls. Hope you're gonna dig into your deep pockets for compensation for the total loss of service. When I say service, I mean TELEPHONE SERVICE as I pay for essentially PHONE CALLS. I don't care if I can still receive emails and use the internet, I can do that anywhere, I would simply like to make and receive damn calls
