I have still had someone call me on my mobile this morning and they say it stated my number was unavailable, I rang the person from my mobile who text me to say it wasn't working and I was able to call them but they couldn't call me, this is only happening on certain occasions, I have PM Terri_P with details of this enquiry but as I have only just joined aren't sure if PM has got to her and how she will respond. So as of this morning someone still not able to get through to me
I have only been able to receive calls very intermittently for days and nothing appears to have changed having just had someone in the same household try to ring me as a test? NG18 area. Please check your resolved status.
Unable to make or receive calls on landline. Equipment check only ever gets to 99 per cent. Website showed fault in area to be cleared at 0.35 this morning but has been showing as cleared since about 11pm weds evening. Still no dial tone on phone. Anyone else having this problem on southsea? Really annoying there is no way to contact Virgin about this.
