Since the new site has been launched i am having huge issues logging in. I type in my email and password but on pressing enter it simply wipes the contents clear, no error messages at all. I reset my password, still nothing. I have had to speak to a call agent at virgin re issues with phone and unable to connect to the network and i mentioned it to her. With my permission she asked if she could log in at her end and she could with no issues at all. Is this issues with the 'mobile' site. This has been happening for 2 days now and is very frustrating.
Hi, I had the same problem and was unable to log on from my iPad. However, I could from my lap top. Had the same issue again at the weekend so switched the iPad off for a little while, re logged in and all ok.
