I have bought a travel pass but am still unable to access the Internet whilst abroad, any ideas on how to sort this, please?

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing difficulties accessing mobile data abroad. Where are you and what network are you on currently?
It's also worth checking that you are able to call and text where you are as well. We have a handy roaming guide you can check to ensure you're on the right network for your location.
