daughter is in Italy and travel pass will not work. contacted Virgin all ok their end, advised to turn off phone and should reboot. Still no joy. Phone is working as she has text but no mobile data.
anyone any advice for iPhone 6 settings? Total waste of £5.00 if she can't even access data!
