Travel pass problem

I bought a 250MB travel pass for my holiday, yet was not able to get internet for the entire duration of my 2 week holiday. I made sure to turn roaming on via my account before I left, but it made no difference. The travel pass didn't work in France, Spain or Portugal. Everyone else I was traveling with (who aren't with virgin) had internet the whole time. So now I'm down £20. I have an iphone 6 running iOS 8 so the phone is more than capable of accessing internet. And it seems I'm not the only who has had this issue...

I'm really sorry that you had some issues with your travel pass. We want to get this all sorted for you. It seems that data roaming may have been disabled somewhere.
