I bought the 250MB Travelpass 3 days ago, got a text confirmation, arrived yesterday in POrtugal - but it's not working. My mobile roaming is switched on - & it's worked for me before. I urgently need it.

After a week in France, my firm impression is that the 'Travel pass' which is being sold by Virgin Mobile is 'not fit for purpose', and that it is a complete con.
Certainly, I will not purchase a Virgin Mobile travel pass again in the future - as I feel that Virgin Mobile have succeeded in 'ripping me off' - and I urge anyone who is considering going down this route to sign up to a different network - i.e. any network provider other than Virgin Mobile.
I have wasted my hard earned cash, and I believe that Virgin mobile have defrauded me.
