Travel pass not working.

Hi
I'm on holiday in Greece and on arrival I texted to buy a travel pass which Virgin confirmed by text. Before I left home I think I turned on international roaming and I've connected to local Greek mobile but when I'm not on hotel wifi I get no 3G which is a pain as I'm here both on holiday and to train for a marathon and I need the 3G to track my runs. I'm on an iPhone and data roaming is on. I've rebooted the phone and tried available Greek networks. Any help greatly appreciated.

Had a look at the link but I can't see how to view and change the APN.
I'm on an iPhone 6s

On an Iphone you wouldn't have the option to amend the APN
-
Pop to your settings > Mobile Data > Make sure mobile data and data roaming are turned on and make sure EU internet is switched off
-
If that fails try Setting > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (be aware this will reset your APN's and your WiFi networks so you will need to rekey and wireless passwords)

I've done the reset and no sign of 3G still. Am slightly peeved that Virgin sell a data package that perhaps doesn't have coverage where I am. I'll try changing networks again I'm on cosmote at present but will try Vodaphone.

Swapped networks to WindGR as Vodaphone wouldn't connect. Restarted phone and checked settings as you suggested but no luck.

If you're Pay Monthly call +447953 967 967. Calls will cost the same as the standard call rate for the region you're in.
