Travel pass not working in Spain

Bought a 250mb travel pass in Spain last week - it won't work.
Texting "status" to 23456 says the pass is active and I have 250mb left (of course I have, it doesn't work!!) but I can't connect to the internet calls and texts are fine
Any ideas? I've tried data roaming on and off, switched phone on and off, reset phone, removed and replaced SIM, still nothing.
I'm on pay nonthly if it helps.....

Welcome to the community, I hope we can get this sorted for you!

I suspect this will be to do with your APN settings, does this post on data roaming help at all?

If not could you provide the make and model of your device?

Hi there, I've got data roaming turned on, and APN is showing as Virgin.
The handset is an LG Spirit H440n - purchased as a package with SIM card in November 2015.
The phone has never been rooted or anything - it's just as it came from the Virgin shop....
