Travel Pass not working on IPhone 5

I bought a travel pass as am in Dublin. I have enabled mobile data, data roaming and Eu Internet on my IPhone 5 running latest software but no data is being enabled. I have tried contacted Virgin by telephone but cannot connect to any advisers when calling it just cuts out. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you're not able to use data while roaming.

 

I'd like to get this sorted for you.

My apologies you've not been able to get hold of us. When calling from abroad you would need to use either +447953967967 or alternatively call us on 00443456000789.
