Re: Transferring Photos to PC from my Android

Hi dawndel2016,

do you use a USB lead to connect your phone to PC?

Doesn't your PC detect another device or is it that you just can't "find" your photos on the device?

Its free software Samsung provide to manage files on your phone- you install it to your PC, then plug your phone in. I gave you the link to it.

Make sure you are using a DATA cable, not a vanilla USB charging cable. One will have come with your phone.

Re: Transferring Photos to PC from my Android

By far the easiest way is to install dropbox clients on your mobile and PC. You can set the mobile to upload photos to dropbox as soon as they are taken (although you might want to set it to wait 'til you are in range of a wifi hotspot).

The PC client syncs the photos to its hard drive when next switched on.

If you know someone already using dropbox, get them to refer you. That way, you both get a bit of extra space (I think 250MB)
