Topped up last month, got text allowance but not data.
I'm on the Big Data/Text tariff and topped up £10 last month which should have gotten me 3000 texts and 1GB of data for March. I noticed that somehow when I tried to make a call I had no airtime, and checked my account to find that while I DO have my allotment of free texts I have zero data (not 'used it all', I mean it displays 0 allowance as if my tariff doesn't include any data at all). I topped up on Febuary 26th so I wasn't late or anything.
Not sure who I contact about this, there's no way this is a technical problem with my phone right? Would I call 'Mobile Billing and Payment' support or someone else?
