Due to VERY poor English of sales staff £10 was added to the wrong phone number in my account ( I have/had 3 PAYG SIMs in my one account)
How do I transfer it to the correct number please ?

Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear the wrong phone has been topped up.
You'll need to contact the team again to get this rectified. Call 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
There are many ways to top up in the future. Please take a look here as you may find it more useful.

Thanks - I had hoped to avoid having to call 789 (as it problem was caused by 'them' in the first place).
All fixed now, so thanks.
Pity 789 is staffed by people whose English is so poor though.
