There seems to be a problem with my minutes, texts and data

Hi,
I have a problem with my minutes, texts and data. My phone won't let me call, saying that I have no minutes when my tarif is supposed to have unlimited and that's the same with the texts. This also the case with the data, however I do have limit with my data but it just hasn't reached its limit yet. What is happening?

Hi,

are you able to check your account on line or using the App (if so does your allowance show here).

When was your refresh date for your allowance?

To get to the bottom of things you're best calling to speak to one of the Virgin mobile team on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
