Virgin have no manners and are the worst customer experience EVER!!!! Cut off twice
received a new sim as part of the migration, new sim won’t work and now they have disconnected the old sim and cannot revert. No one at virgin gives a flying *beep* about the customer
Virgin - you tell me calls are recorded, then listen to them and sack your so called customer reps
Virgin - message if you have any service with a direct number for a manager IN THE UK

I'd be surprised if they reply. I had a complaint a couple of months ago and put it on here and they ignored it. Still having problems since yesterday not receiving text and calls and they are ignoring that as well. Good luck though.
They are unbelievable that's for sure.
No phone working as they swap sims and cut off the old one, and then say 'i'll call you' - Really.... With a phone that doesn't work
Cheap customer service = poor service

No it is not sorted, Virgin just seem incapable of resolving anything!!!!! Useless to be honest. The sooner I can cancel the better, although they cant even do that!!!!!!!!
I have email addresses of Virgin UK now and a direct telephone # to the exec office of which i'm sure many other people would like!
I was think I referring to the purple SIM swaps and not the number porting. Either way I believe it has definitely been resolved and closed now.
