The Virgin Media Forum Team

I've just joined the community this morning, as I am trying to find out why my mobile service has been suspended for no reason.

I got a friendly response from the Forum Team about my ranking.

Not really the response I am looking for.

Also, when I tried to reply to their message, there was no name in the 'To' box. I put in The Virgin Media Forum Team and it didn't work!

So I have no idea what else to call The Virgin Media Forum Team when trying to reply to them.

Frustrated?

Just a little!!

The "rank" is a way of indicating to any readers of your forum posts just how many posts you've written. As if the actual post count under your icon doesn't convey that succinctly enough.

 

Whenever this rank changes, you get an automated email.

 

Virgin Mobile don't provide you with an easily accessible email with which to contact them. You have to ring 789 or post your problem on here.

I understood that.

I'm not able to call 789.

I'm getting a message saying 'Hello, it seems that your mobile account has been suspended for the moment. You can call us on 789 anytime to get up and running again.'

Except I can't!

My account is up to date. So there is no reason for this other than a fault.

,  there will be a lot of times when you have problems and you can't get a reply, just look at the amount of threads that highlight the problem.

 

 

That's VM for you

Check your Direct Debit instructions are active. 

If its cancelled for any reason your service will be suspended.

I got a friend to call up for me.

My account was suspended because apparently I owed 1p!

Yes 1p!

Even though I'm sure I paid them more than I owed.

To be fair though, I rarely have a problem with Virgin.
