Many of the posts on here are about things not working or other complaints so I thought I'd post a thank you message.
We have three mobile phones with Virgin and our two year contracts recently ended. My wife and I have decided to keep our Galaxy S4s and not upgrade (controversial I know!) whilst my son has chosen a new LG phone.
Your excellent customer services rep quickly sorted my son's new phone, complete with a lower priced tariff (but no real difference in minutes/texts/data) then equally quickly moved my wife and I onto a SIM only tariff, again with no real difference in minutes/texts/data.
My son's new phone arrived just 24 hours later and I've saved just under £40 a month thanks to the tariff changes.
