I have to say a big thank you to the gentleman who phoned me this morning from virginmedia

He listened to why I was complaining and understood the reason why I was complaining and

In less than 10 minutes he had restored my faith in company and gave me a very favourable outcome so once again Thank you Virgin Media from a happy satisfied customer

Lucky you. I have been banging my head against the wall of incompetence that is Virgin Customer Service. Sorry, but that's what it feels like, and I have been with them for nearly 6 years if not more. Only reason I don't switch is that I still have "unlimited data" on 2 of the sims contracts... useful for the teenagers in my house!
