Texts from Virgin Media

Please Help!!!!!

I upgraded to 4G (thank you Black Friday deals), and am getting texts everyday from Virgin Media as follows:

"All done! You're now on our 4G 300mins + 300MB. We switched you over today, you can now use your allowances!"

I have had this message at least once every day as follows:

Today: 9:01 am

Today: 9:01 am

Yesterday: 9:30 am

Yesterday: 9:30 am 

Wednesday: 9:01 am

Tuesday: 9:01 am

Monday: 3:41 pm

Monday: 9:08 am

Monday: 9:01 am

Sunday: 9:19 am

Sunday: 9:14 am

Saturday 10:10 am

Saturday: 10:09 am

Between 27th November and 30th November, I had this same message 8 times. This means I have had the same text message 21 times since 27th November. (27th was the switchover date, which is why the texts started from that date)

Is anyone else getting this? Can someone at Virgin please help in stopping this, it's very annoying!!!!

I have had 12 texts since 5th Dec after upgrading my phone, sometimes twice a day

UPDATE:

Saturday @ 9:21 am twice

Sunday @ 9:02 am & 9:19 am

Monday @ 9:01 am & 9:13 am

Today (Tuesday) @ 9:19 am & 9:21 am

 

This is now 29 times since 27th November. Can anyone help?
